I was listening to this podcast earlier this week about local IT company, Five Nines. I was really impressed by the way they run their business. Here are a couple things I picked up from the podcast.
1. They put their clients first. They are available any time of the day, 7 days a week. And if you’ve ever had need for IT support, you know this usually isn’t the case.

This weekend we are kicking it out in Anaheim, CA at the Crafty & Hobby Association SuperShow and Trade Show aka craft heaven. Today is a really exciting day for us!! We are announcing the biggest and baddest project we’ve worked on to date…. CraftyCon. It’s a craft conference that you won’t want to miss.
