Below you will find a basic run down of the courses we offer. We offer all of our classes on a periodic basis in a group setting. All classes are one to two hours. We also have custom classes available upon request. Custom classes are scheduled to fit your time frame and topic. One on one consultations are available and are charged by the hour or on a retainer basis. One on one sessions can be utilized for training, consultation, or see how high we can jump.
